After logging in, go to the 'Get Quote' page and enter your cargo details (weight, dimensions, destination, etc.). The system will return quotes from multiple suppliers. Select a suitable option to place your order.
Find the order you want to cancel in 'My Orders' and click 'Cancel Order'. Note: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds for unshipped orders will be returned within 3–5 business days.
We support sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, rail transport, road transport, and multimodal shipping. Available methods depend on origin and destination.
Transit times vary by method: air freight typically takes 3–7 days, rail 15–20 days, and sea freight 25–40 days. Actual times depend on routes, seasons, and customs. Estimated times are shown when you request a quote.
Enter your tracking number on the 'Tracking' page to view real-time status. You can also check in your order details. The system automatically sends notifications at key checkpoints.
We currently accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), and PayPal. Business customers can also apply for monthly billing terms.
Click 'Request Refund' on the order details page and submit your reason. Our support team will review within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund will arrive within 3–5 business days.
Click 'Become a Supplier' on the homepage or visit the supplier registration page. Submit your company credentials and business license. Once approved, you can publish shipping products and receive orders.
Verification typically takes 3–5 business days. With complete documentation, it can be done within 1 business day. Results are communicated via email and in-app notifications.
You can add cargo insurance when placing an order. Premiums are automatically calculated based on declared value and shipping method. Insurance covers loss and damage throughout transit.
